After gained more than a decade of knowledge in sales and after sales support of Analytical and high end research equipments, SAKS Equipments Pvt. Ltd had setup its own R&D facility in Cochin, the commercial capital of Kerala. We had developed Kerala’s first import substitute Gas Chromatograph in our own facility. Also Temperature controlled equipments like Ovens, Incubators, Dry baths, High Accuracy digital thermometers and data loggers. We had also setup a division for custom Instrument development for a wide variety of research projects thanks to our experienced and professional team of R&D, electronics and software engineers who gained years of experience in the said fields.

We understand from our experience that service is highly anticipated in the field of analytical instrumentation more than anything else, thus we introduced a unique new policy for our highly valuable customers called SAP (SERVICE ASSURANCE POLICY) . All the instruments which SAKS dealing, whether it’s under warranty or AMC, for every service request, we will depute one of our professionals within 48 hours. If any unlikely event we fail to do so, SAKS is committed to give back .2 % of the total cost of the instrument if under warranty or 2% of AMC amount under AMC for every 24 hours.
